Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will refund your purchase price within 14 days of receiving your product. Simply notify us by email at customerservice@blend-design.com. The product must be returned in its original packaging and undamaged. The return shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Policy
We ship to all 50 states via UPS. The rate structure is:
0.01-3lbs.........$8
3.01-6lbs.......$12
6.01-9lbs.......$16
9.01-12lbs.....$20
International shipping will be done by request.

Payment Methods
All Blend Design purchases will be processed through Paypal. Customers will be taken from Blend's website to Paypal's to finish the transaction. Payment methods accepted are Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. It is not required to actually have a Paypal account if you are paying with a credit card.

Security
Paypal is a safe and secure checkout process. They use secure sockets layer(SSL) for encryption and are a Trustee licensee.

Privacy Policy
Blend Design will never sell or disclose information to any third-party unless required to do so by law. We may choose to utilize information given to us for our own marketing purposes in the future such as postcards or e-newsletters. If you would like to opt out of receiving any marketing materials from Blend Design please email customerservice@blend-design.com.
